Payment
Go to the your basket and click on 'checkout'. You now get an overiew of your order and below that a checkout form will appear. Here you can add shipping information and set a date for delivery. By pressing the 'Next' button you will get a new page with a summary of your order and your shipping information. Check the summary and go back to make changes if necessary. By pressing the 'Proceed to Payment' button you will now enter the secure payment module of Bibit Payment Services. Pay securely using your Bibit account, credit card, or bank account where available.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by replying to our confirmation e-mail within one hour of receiving it.
Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then TKM Plumbers Merchants Ltd will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
Late Delivery
tkm.uk.com cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to logistic problems within 2 days after the indicated delivery date. After this period the purchaser may apply for partly or full reimbursement based on the damage caused by the late delivery.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase couldn't be easier, simply search our product range for desired items, make your selection and add to shopping cart, then follow payment procedures.
All transactions are made via SagePay. Recognised as one of the best secure payment transaction suppliers. Alternatively, you may order and make payment by telephone. Our team are available from 8:00 - 5:30 weekends and 8:00 - 4:00 Saturdays and will be only too happy to help and advise you in any way with your purchase order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING
Once you order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirming you order with a customer reference number and description of goods along with your invoice.
You will then receive an e-mail containing delivery date and time details. Alternative dates and times can be easily arranged. Any queries on this matter can be dealt with through our customer services assistants.

DELIVERY STATEMENTS
Our delivery service covers UK mainland only. All deliveries to Kent are made by our own Delivery service; deliveries outside of Kent are made via courier service/ Depending on product stocks we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 7-14 days of placement of order, although, again depending on availability we can despatch goods as early as 2 days.
Urgent and import deliveries can be made available next day at an extra cost. Contact customer services for costing information.
Special orders will inevitably take longer to despatch, as goods will be made to order. Customers will be kept informed of unforeseen or additional waiting times.
Heavier or larger items on delivery may require an able bodied person/s to assist with unloading. Assistance can be made at an extra cost.
As a precaution all goods must be opened and inspected fully for damage or shortage before signing the delivery note. Please do not install your product/s if damages, as once installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
Please do not book your plumber or installer until all goods have been received.
